Designed by Morris Adjmi Associates with interiors by Fogarty Finger Associates, the steel-frame building features a curved, double-glazed curtainwall façade, column-free frontages, and floor-to-ceiling windows offering downtown views. The building is pursuing WELL and LEED Gold certifications and includes amenities such as 24/7 concierge security, touch-less entry systems, and a 300-ton central cooling plant.
