10W17 is a 17-story, 185-foot-tall condominium building under construction at 10 West 17th Street in Manhattan's Flatiron District, within the Ladies' Mile Historic District. Designed by DXA Studio and developed by Prosper Property Group, the building will contain 34 units in one- to three-bedroom layouts, including duplex penthouses, along with over 2,000 square feet of amenities. The façade features a distinctive draped, fabric-like design in white precast concrete, evoking the neighborhood's history as a shopping district, with private terraces on the top three floors. Completion is anticipated in spring 2027.
