The project consists of a 395-unit, 675,000-square-foot luxury multi-family residential building with supportive retail. Amenities include an outdoor pool, fitness center, resident lounge, chef’s kitchen, movie theater, jam room, and a dog grooming station. Dair’s involvement began in 2018, starting with feasibility studies and a highest and best-use analysis. Thereafter, we led efforts to rezone the property, gained site plan & permit approvals, and managed the entirety of the building’s design, procurement, and construction phases. The building was completed in 2025.
