205 Montague Street is a planned 47-story residential skyscraper in Brooklyn Heights, designed by Hill West Architects and developed by Jonathan Landau of Landau Properties. The tower will hold 90 rental apartments and 46 condominiums averaging 2,100 square feet, plus nearly 40,000 square feet of retail and parking for over 100 vehicles. Rising on a 19,000-square-foot lot at Montague Street and Cadman Plaza West, the building will feature a full-lot podium, curving balconies on its north and south sides, and a multifaceted bulkhead. Demolition of the prior structure was completed in June 2026, with construction timeline to be determined.
