The project is a ground-up 55+ senior apartment building located in the Paradise Village neighborhood; it is 7 miles south of San Diego. The building will consist of a five-story, 118,643 gross square foot structure yielding 126 units and 148 parking spaces. The project commenced in late 2019, paused in the summer of 2022 with the lender eventually taking ownership.
