The project, located in the Financial District section of Manhattan, consists of transforming a 21,000 square foot office building and 7,000 square foot garage into a state-of-the-art police station for the World Trade Center police force.  The project has included securing all of the design professionals, hiring the GC, space planning for the NYPD, furniture procurement and turnover to the NYPD.  All of this has been subject to the NYC procurement rules and regulations.
