The building consists of 92 residential units. Floors 1-5 are an existing commercial building that is being renovated and converted for residential use. The units in the addition will also feature outdoor space in the form of terraces on the roof of the existing building or balconies. At completion, the project will feature amenities, primarily on the 10th floor and lower level, such as a theater, lounges, gym, spa and roof deck.
