Dair was engaged by Northwell Health to provide advisory and asset management services with the goal of assessing current and potential hospital systems for acquisition (Nuvance Health Acquisition – transaction closed 2024). We reviewed current facility conditions, potential infrastructure upgrades, campus improvements and phasing plans for future development.  Dair created a complete SWOT analysis including assessing deferred capital liabilities and growth opportunities.
