As the owner’s representative for Windsor Park Condominium, Dair helped the building navigate a complex interior and exterior renovation after the building suffered severe water and fire damage in early 2021. The restoration includes full and partial renovation of a majority of the building’s 98 units. Dair’s collaboration with the building’s insurance adjuster through a nuanced claim process helped the project through completion.
